This Privacy Policy explains how personal data collected through this website (stefanocaleffi.com) is processed, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable Italian data-protection law. It applies to data you submit through the contact form on this site.

When you fill in and submit the contact form, we collect the following:
We do not collect any special categories of data, and we do not ask for more information than is necessary to respond to you. We do not use profiling or automated decision-making.
Your data is processed solely to respond to and manage your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide by ticking the consent box before submitting the form. Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to you.
Data submitted through the form is stored in a database and triggers an email notification to the Controller. To do this, we rely on the following providers (acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR):

We do not sell or share your data with any third parties for marketing purposes.
Your data is kept only as long as necessary to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period — no longer than 24 months from the date of your last contact — after which it is deleted, unless further retention is required to comply with a legal obligation.
This website does not use profiling or marketing cookies, and it does not use third-party analytics. Fonts are self-hosted, so no data is shared with external font providers. The site uses only strictly necessary technical resources for its basic functioning. For this reason, no cookie-consent banner is required.
